8 Stone Houses Saskatchewan

Stone houses are by far my favourite of all the rural homes in the province. I find the detail and time taken to build these houses back in the early 1900's would have been amazing. They didn't have the tools we have today and yet, the homes they built were so elaborate. Many stone houses have collapses or burned but some still remain. I am always happy to find an abandoned stone house but its even more special when they have been restored. That being said, here are eight of my favourite stone houses in Saskatchewan.
